Returns & Exchanges

Dear User!

We create Melhor products with the utmost care and take care of every detail. We care about the highest quality and durability. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, we will help you return or exchange it efficiently. We give you 14 days to do so and during this period you can return the product without giving a reason. In the Polish, people with an account in the Melhor Shop Official store have refunds made free of charge, at our expense.

To make a refund, please refer to the instructions below.

1. Print the Return Form and fill it out DOWNLOAD FORM

2. Put it in a package that you will send back to us. If you are a registered customer the shipping cost is on our side. You must be a registered customer no later than you purchased the item (currently free returns apply only to Polish). Otherwise, send the package at your expense.

3. Prepare the package and secure it properly.

4. Please contact us to have the label prepared for shipment - contact@melhoroshop.com

5. We refund the funds in the same way as you made the payment up to 14 days from the moment of receipt of the shipment
